The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan which allows plenty of natural light to filter through the sliding doors which frame the lounge. This creates a perfect seaside atmosphere.

The rustic, slate tile tops in the ergonomic kitchen add an artistic flair which contrasts the traditional wooden floor carried throughout the kitchen, passage and lounge area. The dining area is neatly tucked away in a corner overlooking the Juliet balcony and can seat 6 guests. There is a sense of ease and unpretentiousness about Sunset Hills and it's the ideal holiday hideaway for young couples or families. Perched on top of a hill means incredible views but where you do compromise is on the proximity to restaurants, beaches, shops and nightlife; which are not within walking distance. However, everything is within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There is no pool in the apartment block or barbecue facilities. There is safe and secure parking for one vehicle.
